What is CSRD rating?
The CSRD rating is a consumer
service for rating of DISCOMs.
Purpose of CSRD rating
It is important that the level of service to the customers is monitored and improved. The ministry of power, government of India has brought electricity rights of consumers rules in order to empower the consumers.
In order to focus of serving the people, the ministry of power, government of India has been publishing the report on consumer services rating of DISCOMs for the last two years.To
encourage DISCOMs to address their existing gaps and learn through best
practices adhered to by other DISCOMs
Key parameters for CSRD Ratings
There
are 23 pre identified sub parameters across 4 key parameters which are evaluated
individually in subsequent sections.
